How do I book a session and how much is the deposit?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required. Once that’s done - you’re officially in the calendar! The remaining 50% is payable after your session but before your final gallery is delivered. I’ll send a gentle reminder so everything runs smoothly.
 
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel is included for sessions within Brisbane CBD to North Burleigh, Gold Coast. If you're a bit further out, no worries - I absolutely love a little adventure! Sessions beyond that range may incur a small travel fee to cover time and fuel.
 
Can you recommend any good locations?
 
Yes, absolutely! I have a list of tried-and-true locations that photograph beautifully - from golden fields and quiet beaches to cozy in-home sessions. Once I get a feel for your style and the kind of session you're dreaming of, I’ll suggest a few spots that I think you’ll love.
 
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Mother Nature doesn’t always check the forecast - and that’s okay! If the weather isn’t looking great, we’ll transfer the booking to another day. You will not lose your paid 50% deposit as it will transfer to your new date.
 
What if we’re sick or something comes up?
Life (and germs) happen! If you or your little ones aren’t feeling well, just let me know - I’m happy to reschedule. Your deposit will carry over to the new date. If I’m unwell, I’ll be in touch as early as possible to reschedule.
 
Can we bring personal items?
Please do! Bring the toy car, the scruffy teddy, the blanket that’s been loved for years. These little details are part of your story and make your session feel even more personal.
